PDO thread lifting · Kirkland, Washington

Support with direction.
Not excess.

PDO thread lifting at Novella begins with an individual assessment of facial structure, tissue position, skin quality, and the degree of support that can realistically be achieved.

Long and short threads

The thread type follows the anatomy and the goal.

Long lifting threads may be considered when directional support and visible repositioning are priorities. Short tightening threads may be used across selected areas when localized support and a gradual tightening response are the goal.

Neither approach is a fixed package. Dr. No evaluates whether threads are appropriate, which type may fit the plan, how many may be reasonable, and when another treatment—or no treatment—would be a better choice.

Short threads were one part of this combined facial treatment, which also included dermal filler and full-face botulinum toxin. The photographs do not isolate the effect of short threads alone.

Individual results vary. Thread type, number, placement, recovery, and duration are individualized. Immediate photographs include early post-procedure effects and do not predict long-term outcome.

Safety information

A medical assessment comes before a lifting plan.

Potential effects include pain, tenderness, swelling, bruising, tightness, dimpling, asymmetry, infection, thread visibility or palpability, extrusion, nerve or vessel injury, scarring, and an unsatisfactory result. Some complications may require additional treatment or thread removal. Personal risks, alternatives, aftercare, and urgent warning signs must be reviewed before treatment.
