Information we maintain
Depending on your relationship with the clinic, we may maintain contact details, relevant medical history, clinical assessments, treatment records, clinical photographs, signed forms, appointment information, and payment records. We use Aesthetic Record for clinical documentation and practice administration. Authorized service providers may process information needed to perform their contracted services.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide and coordinate care, manage appointments and payments, respond to requests, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We disclose information only with appropriate authorization or when otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Access is limited to authorized persons who need it for their responsibilities.
Appointments, health information, and photographs
Online booking, registration, intake, and clinical records are handled through designated services. Do not send detailed medical information or clinical photographs through Instagram, ordinary text messages, or public social-media messages. Taking a photograph for your confidential clinical chart is separate from permission to publish it. We request a separate, optional written authorization before identifiable photographs, videos, or patient stories are used publicly for marketing or education. Declining that optional authorization does not affect eligibility for care.
Text messaging
If you choose to receive text messages from Novella Aesthetic Clinic, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Novella Medical PLLC and Novella Aesthetic Clinic do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead-generation purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers only as necessary to deliver requested messages, or when required by law. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing.

This site may link to Google Maps, Instagram, LinkedIn, Aesthetic Record for online booking, manufacturers’ safety information, and publications. Their privacy practices are controlled by those services.
Website technical information and Academy inquiries
Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral source, and pages requested to deliver and protect the site. If analytics or optional cookies are added, this notice and any required controls will be updated. Academy inquiries may include professional contact and licensing details, experience, course interests, and learning goals. Do not include patient information, medical records, identity documents, or license images in an Academy inquiry. Applications submitted through this website are stored in our website database for authorized Academy review, eligibility verification and application-related follow-up. Our website hosting and database providers process this information to operate the service. Application consent is not a marketing subscription. Contact us below to request a correction or withdrawal; retention may be required for administrative or legal obligations.
Your requests and our contact
You may contact us to request access to or a copy of your records, correction of inaccurate information, confidential communications, and information about disclosures, as available under applicable law. We may verify your identity, and legal exceptions or record-retention duties may limit certain requests.
