Simple booking flow: application → Dr. No’s license and clinical review → one written confirmation → payment. The confirmation states the approved clinical activity, included products, any additional charge, and the cancellation or rescheduling terms.

Payment is requested only after written eligibility approval. Submit your application below; no card details or payment are requested. For private training, the session date and separate product-fee quote are included in the written confirmation.

Pre-course materials: Your workbook is sent 14 days before training, after registration is confirmed and tuition is paid in full. Earlier payment does not provide earlier access. For registrations confirmed within 14 days, materials are sent after confirmation and payment.

Certificate: After successful completion of the required pre-course work, readiness checks, and in-person component, Novella Academy issues a Certificate of Completion identifying the completed pathway and 8 instructional hours.

Each pathway includes approximately five hours of assigned pre-course materials plus three hours in person. The toxin pathway includes an allocated practice allowance of up to 50 units and the filler pathway includes up to 1 cc, subject to patient suitability and Dr. No’s clinical judgment.
